Voucher Promotion Terms

1. Gigaclear’s July Summer Savings offer (the “Promotion”) will run from 27th July 2026 at 11.00 (BST) until 20.00 (BST) on 31st July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).      
2. This Promotion is only available to new residential customers who place a qualifying order during the Promotion Period. You qualify as a “New Customer” if at least 60 days have passed since services at the relevant property - previously received by you or any member of your household - were disconnected.      
3. A “qualifying order” is an order for any qualifying Gigaclear residential broadband package placed within the Promotion Period by a new customer. All packages are subject to a minimum term of 18 months.      
4. Customers who place a qualifying order during the Promotion Period will receive a reward gift card from a choice of Amazon.co.uk, Marks & Spencer UK, John Lewis & Partners UK, Currys UK, or Tesco Rewards UK (the “Gift Card”). The Gift Card value will depend on the qualifying product purchased:      
    £40 Giftcard with Odyssey 600Mbps (subject to availability)      
    £50 Giftcard with Galileo 900Mbps (subject to availability)      
5. This Promotion is limited to one Gift Card per customer.      
6. The Gift Card will be issued by email within 40 days after the eligibility requirements in clauses 7 and 8 have been satisfied. The reward email will allow the customer to select their preferred Gift Card from the available options outlined in clause 4. It is the customer’s responsibility to claim the Gift Card within 90 days of the date of the reward email. The reward link will expire after this period. Rewards not claimed before the expiry of the link will not be reissued or replaced.      
7. The customer must remain actively connected for 40 days following successful activation and with no overdue balance at the time the Gift Card is delivered.      
8. Cancellation, downgrade, or breach of contract terms before Gift Card fulfilment may result in forfeiture of the Gift Card.      
9. The Promotion may be withdrawn, amended or extended, at any time and without notice.      
10. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated by Gigaclear.      
11. No cash alternative will be offered. Gigaclear reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.      
12. Activation fees and installation charges may apply. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, you will have to pay the quoted installation charge for a non-standard installation. See our website for more details.      
13. All orders are subject to our Residential Terms and Conditions.      
14. The Gift Card may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the retailers. Recipients of the Gift Card agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such additional terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.      
15. Gift Cards are subject to the applicable retailer’s terms and conditions available on their website. Customers are responsible for checking the terms and conditions of your chosen voucher before making your choice. None of the retailers listed in Clause 4 are sponsors of this Promotion. Gift Cards should be treated like cash – they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
