Our engineers will connect your home, and set up your WiFi
If you're still in a contract
If you have less than 3 months left, place your order and simply delay your installation until nearer your contract end date.
Once you have placed your order, you can choose a suitable installation date. You will need to cancel your current supplier. Our customer operations team will be on hand to support you and make the process of switching to full fibre seamless and without disruption.
We always recommend that you do not cancel your existing supplier until you're successfully installed and up and running with Gigaclear full fibre broadband.
With your install date agreed, our engineers will visit your home and connect you to our service. Then we’ll check everything’s working, fire up your WiFi, and you’ll be ready for lift off.
