Terms and Conditions

1. Advertised prices only apply to new Gigaclear customers placing orders for a residential package. For selected properties with a ready-for-service connection point only or non-live Gigaclear properties within a Gigaclear-selected pre-order build area.          
2. You qualify as a New Customer if at least 60 days have passed since services at the relevant property—previously received by you or any member of your household—were disconnected.          
3. All offers are subject to the Residential Customer Terms and Conditions at www.gigaclear.com/terms and the Smart WiFi Services Terms at www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi-terms.          
4. After the 18-month minimum term, the price will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that time. As of today, the list price is: 300Mbps at £51/month, 600Mbps at £63/month and the 900Mbps at £88/month.          
5. Existing Gigaclear customers currently within their minimum term who wish to upgrade to any of these packages will be charged the following prices: 300Mbps at £51/month, 600Mbps at £63/month and the 900Mbps at £88/month.

7. All broadband packages include free activation and standard installation.          
8. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, a quoted installation charge for non-standard installation will apply. See www.gigaclear.com/installation for details.          
9. Average speeds listed are achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. WiFi speeds may vary.          
10. Smart WiFi requires 1 x Gigaclear powered by eero router and 1 x additional node. See www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi for more information.

12. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.          
13. If for any reason any element of this offer is not available, Gigaclear reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another offer for it, of equal or greater value.

Reactivation        
1. Advertised prices only applicable to new Gigaclear customers who order a residential package in selected properties with a ready for service connection point that has previously been installed with a Gigaclear connection only.

3. This offer is only available by calling our Sales team.         
4. Minimum 18-month contract applies. First 6 months free, and then £24 p/m for the remainder of the minimum term.         
5. After promotional period 8/7/2026 – 31/7/26 the 900Mbps priced at £24/month with 6 months free will not be available to order.         
6. After the 18-month minimum term period, the price per month will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that point in time. As at today that list price is 900Mbps £88/month.
