Summer Savings Flash Sale Promotion Terms

1. Gigaclear’s Summer Savings Flash Sale offer (the “Promotion”) will run from from 20th July 2026 at 16.30 (BST) until 19.30 (BST) on 24th July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).              
2. This Promotion is only available to new residential customers who place a qualifying order during the Promotion Period. You qualify as a “New Customer” if at least 60 days have passed since services at the relevant property - previously received by you or any member of your household - were disconnected.              
3. A “qualifying order” is an order for the 300Mbps speed residential broadband package placed within the Promotion Period by a New Customer. All packages have a minimum term of 18 months. After 18-month minimum term, price per month will revert to the standard list price for existing customers at that point in time.         
4. This offer is only available by calling our Sales team.               
5. After promotional period 20/7/2026 – 24/7/26 the 300Mbps priced at £16/month will not be available to order.              
6. Free expert installation is only available for properties not previously connected to Gigaclear and where Smart WiFi nodes are purchased as part of the broadband order.               
7. The Promotion may be withdrawn, amended or extended, at any time and without notice.              
8. Activation fees and installation charges may apply. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, you will have to pay the quoted installation charge for a non-standard installation. See our website for more details.
