Terms and Conditions

  1. Advertised prices only applicable to new Gigaclear customers who order a business package.  
  2. For selected businesses that are covered under the following Gigaclear business park areas (Theale Lakes Business Park, Groves Industrial Estate, Harts Barn and Cambridge Mills) with a ready for service connection point only.  
  3. After the promotional period of 14th March – 30th June 2025 the 250Mbps package priced at £45, the 400Mbps package at £60 and the 900Mbps at £130 a month will not be available to order.
  4. After the 24-month minimum term period, unless stated otherwise, the price per month will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that point in time. As at today the list price for the 250Mbps package will be charged at £142.45 exc VAT a month, the 400Mbps will be charged at £100 exc VAT a month and the 900Mbps package will be charged at £477.60 exc VAT a month. Activation charge of £166.67 exc VAT applies to the 250Mbps package.
  5. Existing Gigaclear customers currently within their minimum term who would like to upgrade to any of these packages will be charged the standard list price and enter into a new 24-month contract.  
  6. Average speeds listed, achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. WiFi speeds may vary.
