If you placed an order or pre-order with Gigaclear on or after 1st March 2022 or you are an existing customer that has entered into a new minimum term on or after 1st March 2022, these terms and conditions will apply to you:

If you placed an order or pre-order with Gigaclear or entered into a new minimum term with Gigaclear between 26th November 2019 and 28th February 2022, these terms and conditions (in addition to the above Smart WiFi service terms, where applicable) will apply to you:
