Terms and Conditions

  1. The ‘In contract offer’ is available to new Gigaclear customers who have up to 12 months remaining on their broadband contract with their existing Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  2. To be eligible, you need to provide proof of the existing contract end date to us by email within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of this Order Confirmation. Details of what is acceptable as proof from different ISPs and the email address can be found here https://gigaclear.com/incontract-offer
  3. Following validation of your contract end date and successful installation and activation of your Gigaclear Broadband Service, the monthly price of the Gigaclear Broadband Service will be set to zero from activation of your Gigaclear Service up to the previous ISP’s contract end date. Your Gigaclear Broadband Service charges as stated above will commence from the day after the previous ISP’s contract end date.
  4. £30 one-off activation fee applies. Any charges for additional services ordered will apply from activation of the Gigaclear Services.
  5. Failure to provide proof in time or inadequate proof (e.g. without the contract end date) will mean that you will be charged for the new Gigaclear Broadband Service from activation.
  6. To avoid dual billing for broadband, we recommend that you cancel your service with your existing ISP. However, please be aware that a notice period and early termination fees may apply so check with your existing ISP.
