Understanding your bill
Included in the first page of EVERY invoice is the Customer's Full Name and Address, Unique Bill Number at the top. This section gives you a quick overview of your billing status.
What it shows | What it means |
Your bill date | The date this bill was issued |
Your Direct Debit date | When the money will be taken from your bank account |
Total charges for this month | The total amount due for this billing period |
Balance from previous bills | Any unpaid charges from earlier bills |
Balance outstanding | The total you owe (includes this month's charges) |
This section details the services and charges that make up your monthly bill. It provides a breakdown of your broadband package, non-inclusive call charges, home phone plan, and the monthly discount that has been applied.
We’re legally obligated to show the breakdown of VAT on your monthly bill. Finally, you’ll see the total charges before VAT, the VAT total and the final total bill.

Please note, on your first invoice a standard activation fee will show as below under the One Off Charge section. For any orders placed before 1st of April, an Activation Discount will be applied and show under the discount section of your invoice.

This section breaks down any calls made outside of your package time allowance. You can access a more detailed breakdown of your voice call records from your customer portal. For more information about Home Phone Charges, click here

The final page provides contact details, advice on how to raise a complaint and a link to the Customer Portal where you can find your invoices and change Direct debit information.
