Full fibre, or FTTP, means that the fibre runs directly to your house, giving you the fastest and most reliable speeds.

Part fibre, or FTTC, means fibre runs to the neighbourhood cabinet and then data runs over telephone copper lines into your home which means the fibre speed and bandwidth is reduced.

<b>Upgrade to faster broadband in 7 days: </b>subject to a previously installed and working modem in the property and the delivery of routers. In some instances, third party delays and complex issues arise that may delay the activation of your service. You will need to contact your current provider to see if you’re coming to the end of your current contract as you may be subject to early termination fees if you switch during your minimum term. If your minimum term is complete, you should be able to leave your current provider without paying early termination fees but check with your current provider.
