  1. The offer is only applicable to new Gigaclear customers who order a 300Mbps, 600Mbps or 900Mbp 6-month residential package for selected properties with a ready for service connection point in the Offer Community or non-live properties within a selected Pre-Order Offer Community.
  2. The Offer Community properties with a ready for service connection point that are eligible to take up the offer are properties within the Gigaclear , Sunninghill, Bagshot, Thame, Oundle, Thrapston, Braintree, Great Notley, Rayne, Hungerford, Doddinghurst, Long Buckby, Buckingham, Witham, Cinderford, Bugbrooke, Church End, Marlborough, Launton & Langford Village, Blandford Forum, Bradford on Avon, Shipston on stour, Great Missenden, Haverhill Roman Road, Sherborne, Yeovil, and Sturminster Newton community networks only.
  3. The Pre-Order Offer Community properties eligible to place a Pre-Order are non-live properties within the Gigaclear Sunninghill, Bagshot, Thame, Oundle, Thrapston, Braintree, Great Notley, Rayne, Hungerford, Doddinghurst, Long Buckby, Buckingham, Witham, Cinderford, Bugbrooke, Church End, Marlborough, Launton & Langford Village, Blandford Forum, Bradford on Avon, Shipston on stour, Great Missenden, Haverhill Roman Road, Sherborne, Yeovil, and Sturminster Newton Community networks only.
  4. As part of this offer your monthly charge for the Broadband Service for the 6 month minimum term will not apply.
  5. Any applicable charges for the WiFi Service (where applicable) and additional services not included in the offer will still apply during the 6 month Minimum Term.
  6. The 6 month free broadband offer period will commence from your activation date and expires at the end of the 6 month Minimum Term.
  7. By no later than one month after the 6-month Minimum Term, you will have the option to  enter into a new 18-month minimum term for the Ultrafast 300 package charged at £24 per month, Ultrafast 600 package charged at £29 per month, Hyperfast 900 package charged at £49 per month. This must be ordered by contacting the Gigaclear Customer Loyalty Team.
  8. After the expiry of the 6 month Minimum Term, unless you have validly terminated your contract or entered into a new 18-month minimum term, your Services will automatically renew to a monthly rolling contract and charges for your Broadband Service will apply from month 7 at the monthly cost of £44 for the 300Mbps package, £54 for the 600Mbps package and £79 for the 900Mbps package.
  9. If you do not wish to revert to a monthly rolling contract after the 6 month free broadband period then you must give us at least 1 months’ notice to end the contract (such notice to expire no earlier than the end of the Minimum Term). 
  10. This offer is only available to be used once per property within the Offer Community that has not previously been installed with our Broadband Service.
  11. During the 6 month Minimum Term of your Services, requests to upgrade will not be permitted.
  12. Existing Gigaclear customers who are currently within their minimum term and would like to upgrade to any of these packages will be charged the following prices, 300Mbps package will be at £44, 600Mbps package will be charged £54 a month and the 900Mbps package will be charged at £79 a month and will enter into a new 18-month minimum term. 
  13. Prices, content and terms may change during your contract.
  14. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  15. All broadband packages include free standard installation and activation.
  16. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, you will be liable for the quoted installation charge for a non-standard installation. Please visit www.gigaclear.com/installation for more details.
  17. Average speeds listed, achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. Wi-Fi speeds may vary.
  18. Smart WiFi requires 1 x Gigaclear powered by Linksys router and 1 x additional node. For more information see www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi.
  19. For Pre-Orders only, Gigaclear will only be bound to provide the Service once we have confirmed that the Gigaclear Network is ready to be connected to your property. You may, at any time before receiving your final Order Confirmation, terminate your pre-order if you are no longer residing at the property in respect of which you have placed the pre-order for service, provided that you notify us of your move in writing to support@gigaclear.com and supply evidence to demonstrate this.
  20. By placing an order under this offer, you agree to accept and abide by the Residential Customer Terms and Conditions and the Smart WiFi Services Terms. 
  21. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  22. If for any reason any element of an offer is not available or withdrawn, Gigaclear reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another offer for it, of equal or greater value.
