Refer a Friend Promotion Terms
1. The Gigaclear refer a friend Promotion (“Promotion”) will run from June 2026.
2. To be eligible to refer a friend you (the “Referrer”) must be:
1. an existing Gigaclear customer with a live service, open Gigaclear order or a pre-order; and
2. a UK resident aged 18 or over.
3. As part of this Promotion, the Referrer will be provided with a unique referral link (the “Referral Link”) which is personal to them. All eligible Gigaclear customers will have a Referral Link created and emailed to them.
4. In order to refer a friend the Referrer must share their Referral Link, and the new referred customer (“Friend”) must register on the Refer a Friend registration page.
5. By partaking in the Promotion the Referrer agrees that their email will be shared with the Buyapowa Referral platform and is therefore subject to Buyapowa’s terms and conditions and Buyapowa’s Privacy Policy.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, a Referrer cannot refer themselves.
7. To be eligible to accept a referral the Friend must:
1. be resident in the UK and be 18 years or over;
2. not be an existing Gigaclear customer; and
3. be placing a new order or a pre-order in a Gigaclear Network area.
8. The Promotion will not apply where the Friend places an order or pre-order using the In Contract Offer or a free introductory offer.
9. The Friend must register their email on the Refer a Friend register page before placing an order for an eligible Gigaclear Service, using the same email address for both registration and purchase. By following the link and registering their email address the Friend agrees that their email will be shared with the Buyapowa Referral platform.
10. Once the Friend has made a qualifying purchase the Referrer will be notified by email and in their Referral Dashboard where all referrals can be tracked.
11. Both the Referrer and Friend will receive a £40 Amazon.co.uk gift card (the “Gift Card”) by email 40 days after the Friend’s service has gone live if the following conditions have been met:
1. The Referrer and Friend must be eligible to enter the Promotion and follow the instructions as set out above; and
2. Both Referrer and Friend must still be a Gigaclear customer.
12. Gift Cards will be issued by email after 40 days have elapsed from the date the Friend’s service goes live. It is the Referrer and Friend’s responsibility to claim the Gift Card within 90 days of the date of the reward email. The reward link will expire after this period. Rewards not claimed before the expiry of the link will not be reissued or replaced.
13. By entering this Promotion you agree for Gigaclear to send further communications solely as part of this offer. This does not affect your general Gigaclear marketing preferences.
14. The Promotion may be withdrawn, amended or extended, at any time and without notice.
15. No cash alternative will be offered. Gigaclear reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
16. The Gift Cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Recipients of the Gift Cards agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such additional terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
