Terms and Conditions: Refer a Friend

Promotion

1. The Gigaclear refer a friend Promotion (“Promotion”) will run from July 2022
2. To be eligible to refer a friend you (the “Referrer”) must be:
   1. an existing Gigaclear customer with a live service or a pre-order; and 
   2. a UK resident aged 18 or over.
3. In order to refer a friend the Referrer must share their unique referral link, available in their own Customer Portal.
4. By partaking in the Promotion the Referrer agrees that their email will be shared with the Saasquatch Referral platform and Tango Card platform and is therefore subject to Saasquatch’s Privacy Policy and TangoCard’s Privacy Policy respectively.
5. As part of this Promotion, the Referrer will be provided with a unique referral link (“Referral Link”) which is personal to them. They may share this by email or via social media platforms, with their friends, family members or any other member of the public, provided they are aged 18 or over and a UK resident (the “Referee”). All eligible Gigaclear customers will have a link created which can be accessed via the Customer Portal.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, a Referrer cannot refer themselves.
7. To be eligible to accept a referral the Referee must:
   1. be resident in the UK and be 18 years or over;
   2. not be an existing Gigaclear customer; and
   3. be a placing a new order or a pre-order in a Gigaclear Network area.
8. The Promotion will not apply where the Referee places an order or pre-order for a 6-month free introductory Gigaclear package.   
9. The Referee must follow the Referral link and place an order for an eligible Gigaclear Service. By following the Referral link the Referee agrees that their email will be shared with the Sassquatch Referral platform and Tango Card Platform.
10. Once the Referee has made a qualifying purchase using the referral code the Referrer will be notified in the Gigaclear Customer Portal where all referrals can be tracked.
11. Both the Referrer and Referee will receive a £40 Amazon.co.uk gift card (the “Gift Card”) by email 30 days after the Referee’s service has gone live if the following conditions have been met:
    1. The Referrer and Referee must be eligible to enter the Promotion and follow the instructions as set out above; and
    2. Both Referrer and Referee must still be a Gigaclear customer.
12. By entering this Promotion you agree for Gigaclear to send further communications solely as part of this offer. This does not affect your general Gigaclear marketing preferences.
13. The Promotion may be withdrawn, amended or extended, at any time and without notice.
14. No cash alternative will be offered. Gigaclear reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
15. The Gift Cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Recipients of the Gift Cards agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such additional terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.

Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards ("GCs") may be redeemed on the Amazon.co.uk website towards the purchase of eligible products available on www.amazon.co.uk. GCs cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account.
