Price Match Terms & Conditions

Price Match is applicable on marked products only between the offer dates of 1st – 31st July 2025 and on date of purchase only.

When making a claim, you must be able to demonstrate that the qualifying product is shown at a lower price on a competitor’s website, and your eligibility to purchase from the competitor. This is done via contacting our Telesales Team who will verify the qualifying product and action the price match.

Qualifying product must be an identical product, for the entire product offering, publicly advertised online by a competitor and available to purchase to your property. Identical criteria includes: average upload/download speed, Smart WiFi where applicable, contract length and exclusive of bundle discounts.

We do not match exclusive discounts including but not limited to staff, student, friends and family discount. We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud.

1. Price match only applicable on the marked products between the offer dates of 1st – 31st July 2025.
2. Eligible products are the following 18-month contracts: 300Mbps £19 a month, 500Mbps including Smart WiFi £22 a month, 900Mbps including Smart WiFi £49 a month.
3. Price match can only be applied for on the day of purchase.
4. To apply for a Price Match, the customer should contact the telesales team at the point of purchase with the details of the qualifying product. The telesales team will verify eligibility and action the price match.
5. Price match requires demonstration of a qualifying product, advertised online with a competitor and available for purchase at the claimer’s address.
6. Qualifying product must be an identical product, for the entire product offering, publicly advertised online by a competitor and available to purchase to your property.
