Price Match Terms & Conditions

If you find that one of our competitors offers a full fibre broadband service (with or without phone), with the same service specifications as us, but at a lower price than we are offering you, and that competitor can also install and supply their service at your home, then subject to the Terms and Conditions below, we will match their price. 

1. This offer is open to new customers of Gigaclear Residential Broadband service who, at the time they report their price match claim to us (see below), are in the process of ordering that new service with us.
2. To apply for a Price Match, you’ll need to report the competitor offer/price match claim to us at the time you are ordering your Gigaclear service by calling our telesales on 0370 224 8913.
3. When you call us, we will verify the competitor’s offer on our competitor’s website and, if we (in our sole discretion) decide that it meets the requirements of this Price Match Offer, we’ll match their price.
4. The Price Match Offer is only applicable on the marked Gigaclear Residential Broadband services (the “Eligible Services”) available between the offer dates of 1st – 31st August 2025 inclusive. The Eligible Services are based on an 18-month minimum commitment as follows:
a. 200Mbps service £17 per month
b. 400Mbps service including Smart WiFi £20 per month
c. 500Mbps service including Smart WiFi £26 per month
d. 900Mbps service including Smart WiFi £49 per month
5. The price of the competitor’s full fibre broadband service you report to us (the “Competitor Service”) must be publicly available to all new residential customers of the competitor and the competitor’s full fibre broadband service must, at the time of your report, be available to order (so they can install and supply) at your home.
6. The Competitor Service must provide the same median download and upload speeds, achievable by 50% or more of the competitor’s users on a wired connection at peak time, as those for our Eligible Service.
7. The price for the Competitor Service must be lower than that for our Eligible Services, when taking into account monthly charges for broadband, additional mesh WiFi charges, as well as any installation, activation, set-up or other similar fees (over the same minimum commitment period).
8. The Competitor Service must have the same commitment period (18-months) and we’ll compare the prices of the Competitor Service and our Eligible Service over the duration of the minimum commitment period for our Eligible Services.
9. Exclusions: Our Price Match Offer does not apply to:
a. any Competitor Services that offer different broadband speeds to that of our Eligible Services; or
b. any ancillary add-on products/services not included within our or the competitor’s monthly package charges; or
c. exclusive discounts offered by our competitor’s including, but not limited to, staff, student, friends and family discount; or
d. where our competitor’s price is part of a special promotion, bonus or free offer.
10. We reserve the right to:
a. terminate, suspend, cancel or amend this Price Match Offer at any time without giving prior notice. Any changes to the Price Match Offer will be published on Gigaclear’s website (www.gigaclear.com); and withdraw the Price Match Offer from anyone in breach of a contract they have with Gigaclear and/or where Gigaclear reasonably suspects fraudulent activity.
