Terms and Conditions

1. Advertised prices only apply to new Gigaclear customers placing orders for a residential package. For selected properties with a ready-for-service connection point only or non-live Gigaclear properties within a Gigaclear-selected pre-order build area.     
2. All offers are subject to the Residential Customer Terms and Conditions at www.gigaclear.com/terms and the Smart WiFi Services Terms at www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi-terms.     
3. After the promotional period (1st November – 2nd December 2025), the 200Mbps priced at £17/pm, 500Mbps priced at £19/pm and the 900Mbps priced at £29/pm will not be available to order.     
4. After the 18-month minimum term, the price will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that time. As of today, the list price is: 200Mbps £43.50/pm, 500Mbps £57/pm and 900Mbps £85/pm.     
5. Existing Gigaclear customers currently within their minimum term who wish to upgrade to any of these packages will be charged the following prices: 200Mbps £43.50/pm, 500Mbps £57/pm and 900Mbps £85/pm.

7. All prices include VAT where applicable.     
8. All broadband packages include free standard installation and activation.     
9. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, a quoted installation charge for non-standard installation will apply. See www.gigaclear.com/installation for details.     
10. Average speeds listed are achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. WiFi speeds may vary.     
11. Smart WiFi requires 1 x Gigaclear powered by Linksys router and 1 x additional node. See www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi for more information.     
12. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.     
13. If for any reason any element of this offer is not available, Gigaclear reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute another offer for it, of equal or greater value.
