Gigaclear Quiz – 6 Months Free Broadband Prize Terms and Conditions

1. The prize is exclusively for those residents included in the Gigaclear build area only, aged 18 years or over. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required.
2. The prize for the winner will be 6 months free Residential Broadband Service of the Ultrafast 400 product. This prize must be redeemed via our dedicated sales team. 
3. The prize is limited to one per household, only one 6 months free service will be available per household. 
4. The voucher can only be redeemed once per winning household with a ready for service connection point only. 
5. If you are an existing Gigaclear Customer and the winner of the prize then you will be entitled to redeem the voucher against your existing broadband subscription and a 6 months broadband credit will be applied to your broadband subscription. 
6. For any winner that is not an existing Gigaclear Customer then the 6 months free broadband prize means your charge for your monthly Broadband Service for the 6 month minimum term will not apply. 
7. Any applicable charges for the WiFi Service (where applicable) and additional services not included in the offer will still apply during the 6 month Minimum Term.
8. The 6 month free broadband offer period will commence from your activation date and expires at the end of the 6 month Minimum Term.
9. By no later than one month after the 6-month Minimum Term, you will have the option to enter into a new 18-month minimum term for the Ultrafast 400 package charged at £20 per month. This must be ordered by contacting the Gigaclear Customer Loyalty Team.
10. If you do not wish to revert to a monthly rolling contract after the 6 month free broadband period then you must give us at least 1 months’ notice to end the contract (such notice to expire no earlier than the end of the Minimum Term). med
11. After the expiry of the 6-month Minimum Term, unless you have validly terminated your contract or entered into a new 18-month minimum term, your Services will automatically renew to a monthly rolling contract at standard list price advertised for existing customers at that point in time. As at today that list price for the 400Mbps package will be charged at £51 a month.
12. During the 6 month Minimum Term of your Services, requests to upgrade your chosen Services will not be permitted.
13. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
14. All Broadband packages include free standard installation and activation.
15. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, you will be liable for the quoted installation charge for a non-standard installation. Please visit www.gigaclear.com/installation for more details.
16. The average speeds listed over WiFi may vary. 900Mbps speed is not achievable by a single device over WiFi, for this speed a wired connection is required.
17. Smart WiFi requires 1 x Gigaclear powered by Linksys router and 1 x additional node. For more information see www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi.

How to redeem your prize

1. To redeem this voucher, please call our dedicated team on 0370 774 0508 Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm.
2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
3. Gigaclear may disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or has acted fraudulently in any way.
4. Gigaclear shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion and supervening legislation.
