Recontract Voucher Promotion Terms

1. The Gigaclear Recontract Voucher Offer ("Promotion") will run from June 2026.    
2. This Promotion is only available to existing customers who are eligible to recontract their current agreement.    
3. Customers must be out of contract at point of recontract.    
4. Customers must be a UK resident aged 18 or over.    
5. Eligible customers who recontract on selected products will be eligible for a Voucher.    
6. The Voucher will be issued within 1 week of 14 days following renewal activation.    
7. The Customer must remain actively connected and with no overdue balance at the time the Voucher is delivered.    
8. Cancellation, downgrade, or breach of contract terms before Voucher fulfilment may result in forfeiture of the Voucher.    
9. The Promotion may be withdrawn, amended or extended, at any time and without notice.    
10. By entering this Promotion you agree for Gigaclear to send further communications solely as part of this offer. This does not affect your general Gigaclear marketing preferences.    
11. No cash alternative will be offered. Gigaclear reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.    
12. The Gift Cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Recipients of the Gift Cards agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such additional terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
