Recontract Voucher Promotion Terms

1. The Gigaclear Recontract Gift Card Offer (“Promotion”) will run from June 2026.     
2. This Promotion is only available to existing customers who are eligible to recontract their current agreement. To be eligible:     
    1. Customers must be out of contract at point of recontract     
    2. Customers must be a UK resident aged 18 or over     
3. Eligible customers who recontract on selected products will be eligible to receive a Gift Card (“Gift Card”), provided they do not cancel, downgrade or otherwise cease to meet the eligibility requirements within 21 days of renewal activation.     
4. The Gift Card will be issued within 21 days following renewal activation. It is the customer’s responsibility to claim the Gift Card within 90 days of the date of the reward email. The reward link will expire after this period. Rewards not claimed before the expiry of the link will not be reissued or replaced.     
5. The Customer must remain actively connected and with no overdue balance at the time the Gift Card is delivered.     
6. Cancellation, downgrade, or breach of contract terms before Gift Card fulfilment may result in forfeiture of the Gift Card.     
7. The Promotion may be withdrawn, amended or extended, at any time and without notice.     
8. By entering this Promotion you agree for Gigaclear to send further communications solely as part of this offer. This does not affect your general Gigaclear marketing preferences.     
9. No cash alternative will be offered. Gigaclear reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.     
10. The Gift Card may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Recipients of the Gift Card agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such additional terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
