Terms and Conditions: 6 Months Free Ascot

  2. Advertised prices only applicable to new Gigaclear customers placing orders for a residential package.  For selected properties with a ready for service connection point only or non-live Gigaclear properties within the Gigaclear Offer Community.
  3. The Gigaclear Offer Community eligible for this offer is properties that received the marketing materials with a ready for service connection point or selected for preorder within selected postcodes in the Gigaclear Community Network areas of Braintree, Cam and Dursley, Great Notley, Rayne and Witham community networks.

  5. After the promotional period, 1st – 28th February 2023, the 6 months free early bird offer will not be available to order for this Gigaclear Offer Community.
  6. As part of this offer your monthly charge for the Broadband Service for the 6 month minimum term will not apply.
  7. Any applicable charges for the WiFi Service (where applicable) and additional services not included in the offer will still apply during the 6 month Minimum Term.
  8. The 6 month free broadband offer period will commence from your activation date and expires at the end of the 6 month Minimum Term.
  9. By no later than one month after the 6-month Minimum Term, you will have the option to enter into a new 18-month minimum term for the Superfast 200 package charged at £17 per month, Ultrafast 300 package charged at £20 per month, Ultrafast 600 package charged at £29 per month, Hyperfast 900 package charged at £49 per month.  This must be ordered by contacting the Gigaclear Customer Loyalty Team.
  10. If you do not wish to revert to a monthly rolling contract after the 6 month free broadband period then you must give us at least 1 months’ notice to end the contract (such notice to expire no earlier than the end of the Minimum Term). 
  11. After the expiry of the 6-month Minimum Term, unless you have validly terminated your contract or entered into a new 18-month minimum term, your Services will automatically renew to a monthly rolling contract at standard list price advertised for existing customers at that point in time. As at today that list price is 200Mbps package will be charged at £40 a month, 300Mbps package will be charged at £44 a month, 600Mbps package will be charged £59 a month and the 900Mbps package will be charged at £79 a month.
  12. If you do not wish to revert to a monthly rolling contract then you must give at least 1 months’ notice to end the contract or have entered into a new minimum term for a Gigaclear package.
  13. This offer is only available to be used once per property within the Offer Community that has not previously been installed with our Broadband Service.
  14. During the 6 month Minimum Term of your Services, requests to upgrade will not be permitted.
  15. Existing Gigaclear customers who are currently within their minimum term and would like to upgrade to any of these packages will be charged the following prices, 200Mbps package at £40 per month, 300Mbps package at £44 per month, 600Mbps package at £59 a month and 900Mbps package at £79 a month and will enter into a new 18-month minimum term.  
  16. On or after the 1st October every year from October 2023 we’ll increase the monthly price of your broadband Service by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the Office for National Statistics in July of that year plus 3.5%. If the published CPI figure is negative, we’ll only increase your prices by 3.5% in the relevant year. Other prices, content and terms may also change during your contract. 
  17. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. 
  18. All broadband packages include free standard installation and activation.  
  19. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, you will be liable for the quoted installation charge for a non-standard installation. Please visit www.gigaclear.com/installation for more details.  
  20. Average speeds listed, achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. WiFi speeds may vary.  
  21. Smart WiFi requires 1 x Gigaclear powered by Linksys router and 1 x additional node. For more information see www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi.  
  22. To place your order for Sky Entertainment & Netflix, we will supply you with an affiliate link to Sky, via email, at point of order confirmation. You will be required to complete the online form on the affiliate link and Sky will contact you to process your order for the Sky Entertainment & Netflix deal.
  23. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
