Terms and Conditions

1. Advertised prices only apply to new Gigaclear customers placing orders for a residential package. For selected properties with a ready-for-service connection point only or non-live Gigaclear properties within a Gigaclear-selected pre-order build area.
2. All offers are subject to the Residential Customer Terms and Conditions at www.gigaclear.com/terms and the Smart WiFi Services Terms at www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi-terms.
3. Only 3,350 available: the 400Mbps package priced at £20/pm will only be available to the first 3,350 customers who place an order between the promotional period, 01/08/25 – 31/08/25. The first 3,350 customers will be dealt with on a first come – first served basis.
4. After the promotional period (1st August – 31st August 2025), the 200Mbps priced at £17/month, the 400Mbps priced at £20/pm and the 500Mbps priced at £26/month will not be available to order.
5. After the 18-month minimum term, the price will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that time. As of today, the list price is: 200Mbps at £43.50/month, 400Mbps £54/month, 500Mbps £57/month, and 900Mbps £85/month.
6. Existing Gigaclear customers currently within their minimum term who wish to upgrade to any of these packages will be charged the following prices: 200Mbps at £43.50/month, 400Mbps £54/month, 500Mbps £57/month, and 900Mbps £85/month.

8. All prices include VAT where applicable.
9. All broadband packages include free standard installation and activation.
10. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, a quoted installation charge for non-standard installation will apply. See www.gigaclear.com/installation for details.
11. Average speeds listed are achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. WiFi speeds may vary.
12. Smart WiFi requires 1 x Gigaclear powered by Linksys router and 1 x additional node. See www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi for more information.
13. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
14. If any element of this offer is unavailable, Gigaclear reserves the right to substitute it with an offer of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.
