Voucher Promotion Terms

1. Gigaclear’s Affiliate gift card offer (the “Promotion”) will run from 22nd July 2026 at 12pm (BST) until 8am on 27th July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).    
2. This Promotion is only available to new residential customers who place a qualifying order during the Promotion Period. You qualify as a “New Customer” if at least 60 days have passed since services at the relevant property - previously received by you or any member of your household - were disconnected.    
3. A “qualifying order” is an order for any Gigaclear residential broadband package placed within the Promotion Period by a new customer via the MSM or Uswitch affiliate websites. All packages have a minimum term of 18 months.    
4. Customers who place a qualifying order during the Promotion Period will receive a reward gift card from a choice of Amazon.co.uk, Marks & Spencer UK, John Lewis & Partners UK, Currys UK, or Tesco Rewards UK (the “Gift Card”). The Gift Card value will depend on the qualifying product purchased: £30 for 300Mbps, £40 for 600Mbps, and £50 for 900Mbps. Only one Gift Card will be delivered per customer.    
5. The Gift Card will be issued by email within 40 days following activation of the ordered service. The reward email will enable the customer to select their preferred Gift Card from the available options outlined in point 4. It is the customer’s responsibility to claim the Gift Card within 90 days of the date of the reward email. The reward link will expire after this period. Rewards not claimed before the expiry of the link will not be reissued or replaced.    
6. The customer must remain actively connected and with no overdue balance at the time the Gift Card is delivered.    
7. Cancellation, downgrade, or breach of contract terms before Gift Card fulfilment may result in forfeiture of the Gift Card.    
8. The Promotion may be withdrawn, amended or extended, at any time and without notice.    
9. No cash alternative will be offered. Gigaclear reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.    
10. Activation fees and installation charges may apply. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, you will have to pay the quoted installation charge for a non-standard installation. See our website for more details.    
11. All orders are subject to our Residential Terms and Conditions.    
12. The Gift Card may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Recipients of the Gift Card agree that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such additional terms and conditions will be borne solely by them.
