1. Go to talktalk.co.uk/login
2. Enter your email address and password, then click ‘Log in’
3. Contract end date is on Dashboard under My package and services

Call TalkTalk on 0345 172 0088. You'll be asked a few security details (such as name, address, email and account number), but once you're through, they will be able to tell you when your contract ends and you can request written confirmation.
