How to find your contract end-date with Sky
Mobile App
1. Click on the menu icon (top left)
2. Go to 'My Contracts'
3. Find the relevant contract in the drop down
Send us a screenshot or a PDF copy of your broadband contract which you can find via the SKY mobile app or portal. If the end date is not clearly stated, it must show your contract start date and the contract duration.

1. Go to sky.com/myaccount
2. Enter your email address and password, then click ‘Sign in’
3. Navigate to 'My Messages'
4. Under the 'Contracts' section you can view and download your contract

Call Sky’s broadband customer service team to find out more about your contract term and request written confirmation on 03337 592 825.
You’ll need your account number and be able to confirm some personal details (e.g. name, address, email).
Find your contract end date with 'Message a Sky expert'
You should be able to get some help and find out your contract end date by messaging a Sky expert. You can sign in to access the messaging service seven days a week. This isn’t quite a live chat, so you might find you’ll have to wait a little while for an answer.
