What happens next?

 

Once your installation date has been booked in with you on the phone, you will receive an email confirming your installation date, along with additional information about your full fibre installation. 

For most customers, our installation process is carried out in two stages: Pre-installation work (you do not need to be home for this work to be completed), and your installation day itself (you or someone over the age of 18 will need to be home for the installation day).
