Gigaclear builds open access, ultrafast, full fibre networks in rural locations. We are currently welcoming service providers to join our network.

Please be aware that for Gigaclear wholesale means that our wholesale partners are existing ISP’s with their own IP delivery infrastructure (IP addressing, access control, Layer 3 interconnects/peering, billing etc), connected directly to the Gigaclear network at one of our 2 datacentre sites where Gigaclear hands the customer traffic off to the partner – this is not a reseller/referral program.

We operate a fully open access network to allow any partner ISP to wholesale over our network. Our wholesale model allows partners to sell any of the Gigaclear wholesale services to any property connected to our network. Gigaclear operates a national wholesale price list and all ISP’s have access to all active and passive services on offer. Wholesale partners generally offer a range of OTT services to their customers using the Gigaclear broadband service as the enabler, this allows them to differentiate themselves from the Gigaclear Retail services that the Gigaclear Retail team sell directly.

In operation, Gigaclear tunnels wholesale customer traffic at Layer2 across our network and presents it to the wholesale partner via an NNI connection (Network to Network Interface) at one of the two neutral colocation facilities we are present in (Slough LD7 and Telehouse North Gigaclear provides a wholesale portal for partners to place, query, modify or cancel orders at an address that Gigaclear has reported as ‘ready for service’ on our network.
