Get ready for your engineer visit
Download the eero app and create an eero account, so that you are ready for the engineer to setup your broadband service and activate your eero network as quickly as possible on their arrival.
Make sure you have the following to get started:
- Smartphone with a data and Bluetooth connection (If you don’t have access to a data connection, see our workaround instructions here).
- eero mobile app.
Open the eero mobile app and tap the Get started button.
You can log in with your existing Amazon account or create an eero account.
If creating a new account, enter in your information.
Select your country from the dropdown list, review the Terms & Conditions, and confirm to proceed.
A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code to validate your account.
Your eero account should now be set up.
Do not select Start setup yet.
Wait for when the engineer has everything ready, then they will guide you through the eero installation process.
