You don't need an active phone line to get connected, there's no line rental to pay on top of your monthly package cost, and there's nothing extra to set up on installation day. Once you've placed your order, the process depends on your install type. For hard installs, you'll choose a convenient installation date during the purchase process – or if you're not ready to pick a date straight away, you can book it later via a follow-up email you'll receive the day after ordering. Installation dates are typically available within around three weeks. The engineer handles everything on the day: running the fibre, setting up your eero router, and positioning your WiFi for the best coverage in your home. Gigaclear's full fibre broadband packages are available on an 18-month minimum term contract. This applies across all package tiers – Superfast, Ultrafast and Hyperfast.
