Vyntelligence FAQs

To help us prepare for your installation, we may send you a link to complete a short video survey once you have placed your order and booked an installation date. The link will be sent to you via a text message to the mobile number you provided when you placed your order.


 

Gigaclear have partnered with a company called Vyntelligence to provide this remote install survey to customers. The text message will be from ‘Vyn’ and will have a link that will take you to a short online survey. You won’t need to download anything, all that is required is a mobile phone with a camera and microphone as well as a stable internet connection.


 

We have designed the survey to be as simple and straightforward as possible and it shouldn’t take longer than a few minutes to complete!
