Moving Home Form
If you are moving home please complete and return this form to our Customer Loyalty team. If you are currently within your minimum term, please ensure you include copies of the relevant documents: either a letter from a solicitor confirming your house move OR a copy of your Tenancy Agreement.
Please ensure you only send copies of your documentation as we are unable to return these to you. If, at the time of your move, you are still within the minimum term of your contract and are moving to an address where Gigaclear is unavailable, you will not be liable to pay early termination charges, subject to you providing proof of your home move. Please note, we do not accept hand-written documents.
If you would like to continue using our services after you move, please use the Postcode Checker below to see if we are available at your new address. If so, include the details in the new property details section of this form and our team will be in touch to arrange a service at your new address.
If Gigaclear is unavailable at your new address, we will cease your service on the date requested below. Please note, if we are able to supply your new address and you choose not to take a new service with us, early termination charges (ETCs) will apply if you are still within your minimum term.
Check if Gigaclear is available at your new address
Please return all router/ phone equipment to us within 14 days of your termination date. Pre-paid packaging will be sent to your current address via Royal Mail.
