If you would like to continue using our services after you move, please use the Postcode Checker below to see if we are available at your new address. If so, include the details in the new property details section of this form and our team will be in touch to arrange a service at your new address.

 

If you move to a property not serviced by Gigaclear and are still within your minimum term when your service ends, charges will apply for the remainder of your minimum term in line with your agreement.

 

Please return all Router/Phone Equipment to us within 14 days of your termination date. Pre-paid packaging will be sent to your current address via Royal Mail.
