Our Best Ever Black FridayDeals

We offer a range of full fibre broadband packages – from our Superfast tier for everyday home broadband use, right up to Hyperfast for households that need more.

All packages include an eero WiFi 7 router as standard and free expert set-up on new connections. To see the latest broadband deals and offers available near you, check your postcode above.

Full fibre and FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) mean exactly the same thing – a broadband connection made entirely of fibre optic cable, running all the way from the exchange to your home with no copper involved.

This is what Gigaclear delivers as standard on every package, unlike part-fibre connections that still rely on ageing copper cabling for the final stretch. The result is faster, more reliable home broadband that doesn't degrade over distance – and it's why our packages consistently rank among the fastest broadband in the areas we serve.

Yes – being mid-contract doesn't have to stop you switching to full fibre broadband. If you have 12 months or less remaining on your existing contract, you could switch now and enjoy up to 12 months of full fibre broadband free with our In-Contract Offer. Call us on 0370 2248 911 to find out if you're eligible and get started.

All Gigaclear packages come without home phone as standard. You can add home phone as an additional service during the checkout process.

Gigaclear home phone runs on VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology, which means your calls travel over your full fibre connection instead of an old copper line. You can keep your existing number, and call quality is crisp and clear.

If you do want to keep a home phone, broadband and home phone bundles are available – see our Broadband & Home Phone page for more.

Once you've placed your order, how quickly you're connected depends on whether your property needs an engineer visit. If it does, you'll choose a convenient installation date during checkout, or if you're not ready to pick a date straight away, you can book it later via a follow-up email you'll receive the day after ordering. Dates are typically available within around three weeks.

The engineer handles everything on the day: running the fibre, setting up your eero router, and positioning your WiFi for the best coverage in your home. If your property is already connected to our network, you'll be up and running within 7 days using our simple self-install guide.

Gigaclear's full fibre broadband packages are available on an 18-month minimum term contract. This applies across all package tiers – Superfast, Ultrafast and Hyperfast.
