How Gigaclear is making a difference

We’re purchasing pitchside flags and training bibs to help players across the age groups get the most from each session.

Commercial Manager Paul Willetts said: “We’re really grateful for the support we receive from Gigaclear's Rural Sports Club Fund which has meant we’ve been able to purchase new branded kite flags with the various age groups on so our minis and juniors can easily find the pitch they’re playing on."

“Our original flags have needed replacing for a while but finding the money to buy new ones is always a challenge because it just one more expense to add to the significant cost involved in keeping clubs like our alive.”

“Because our club is on Gigaclear's full fibre network we're also getting a free ultrafast broadband connection, which is a godsend because we need a fast a reliable WiFi in order to take food and drink payments on match days or when we’re hosting community events. It also opens up a number of potential new commercial opportunities that we are currently exploring. Gigaclear has taken a genuine interest in our club - even providing prizes for fun challenges that our young players regularly take part in.”

“It's great to see Darren Gough throwing his weight behind Gigaclear's Rural Sports Club Fund. As a bowler he might be fast - but he's not as fast as our flying winger Mason Tonks.”
