Disney+ has the best selection of Halloween content under its dedicated Halloween selection. For kids, there’s a brand new Muppets Haunted Mansion special, while for adults there’s The Rocky Horror Picture Show and The Omen. If you all want to sit down together for some family-friendly scares, then everyone will love Pixar classics Monsters, Inc. and Coco, both of which are available to stream in 4K HDR.

There’s sadly no Halloween channel on Sky this year, but they are giving away the spooky family movie The House with a Clock in Its Walls to all customers registered to its VIP service. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It will also make its Sky Cinema and Now premiere on 29th October just in time for Halloween, while animated sequel Monster Family 2 lands on 22nd October.

Netflix is jam-packed with movie classics such as Ghostbusters, Shaun of the Dead and the original Halloween, but it’s the service’s TV shows that are worth catching. Squid Game has given us THE Halloween costumes of 2021, so watch the show now to understand why everyone’s dressed in red jumpsuits. And of course there’s the iconic Stranger Things, which you can watch or rewatch ahead of the highly-anticipated 4th season next year.

Finally, Amazon Prime Video has a couple of new horror movies worth checking out in the form of IT Chapter 2 and The Manor, plus a new TV adaptation of teen horror classic I Know What You Did Last Summer. Apple TV+ subscribers, meanwhile, can stream two seasons of the supremely scary Servant, from horror maestro M. Night Shyamalan.
